ATtiny series MCU introduction:
Atmel Corporation announces its low-power ATtiny 10/20/40 microcontroller (MCU) family optimized for touch sensing applications such as buttons, sliders and pulleys. These devices include the AVR MCU and its patented low-power picoPower technology, making them ideal for a wide range of cost-sensitive industrial and consumer electronics applications such as automotive control panels, LCD TVs and displays, notebooks, and mobile phones.
ATtiny MCU Series Introduction
Atmel’s new ATTI microcontroller integrates Atmel’s AVR microcontrollers, including 1KB to 4KB of flash memory with 32 KB to 256 KB of SRAM.
In addition, these devices support SPI and TWI (I2C-compatible) communications, providing high flexibility and operating voltages from 1.8V to 5.5V
. ATtinyAVR uses Atmel’s patented picoPower technology for low power consumption. By controlling the system clock frequency through software, a good balance between system performance and power consumption is achieved, and it has also been widely used.
