The HC-SR312 AM312 Mini Passive Infrared PIR Sensor Module is a compact and low-power motion detection module designed for detecting human body movement using passive infrared (PIR) technology. This miniature sensor automatically detects changes in infrared radiation emitted by humans or animals and outputs a digital HIGH signal when motion is detected. Its ultra-small size and low current consumption make it ideal for battery-powered and embedded electronics projects.

This PIR motion sensor operates with a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 12V DC and provides stable, repeatable triggering performance. The module features fast response time, low standby power consumption, and reliable motion detection within a range of approximately 3–5 meters and up to a 100° sensing angle.
